Who controls your data
Vistory Group Ltd, company number 09200277, is the controller of personal data collected through Drag2Print. Its registered office is Brenchley House, Brenchley Mews, Charing, Kent, United Kingdom, TN27 0JW. Privacy requests may be submitted through the website or by replying to a Drag2Print communication.
Data we collect
For the early-access list, we collect your email address, your consent choice and the date and time of registration. We also receive ordinary technical data needed to operate and secure the website, such as request, browser, device and approximate network information. Analytics may collect pseudonymous usage data as described in our Cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To register and manage your early-access request.
- To send the confirmation and relevant Drag2Print launch news you requested.
- To prevent abuse, diagnose faults and protect the website.
- To understand website usage and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and defend legal rights.
The principal legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessed only by authorised Vistory Group personnel and service providers that need it to deliver the website and communications. These include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and security, OVHcloud for email delivery, and Google Tag Manager or configured Google analytics services for measurement. A hidden copy of each waitlist confirmation is delivered to the Drag2Print business inbox so the request can be managed in a compatible CRM.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected through recognised adequacy arrangements, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
Retention
Waitlist information is kept until it is no longer needed for early access and launch communications, or until you withdraw consent and request deletion, subject to any limited period required for legal, security or evidential purposes. Technical logs are retained for limited operational and security periods determined by the relevant provider.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the website contact channel or reply to a Drag2Print communication to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority.
Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
